My husband and I came to Hanoi as one of our stops for our honeymoon. We did not know much about the city or the people prior to arriving, but the moment we were picked up by our punctual and friendly private shuttle sent from the hotel, we felt at ease.
Very good service from the receptionist, helpful in food and places recommendations. Even after checking out, the service was great when we need a place to rest for the night train to Sapa. Convenient location too, very accessible to places.
We had a lovely stay at this well appointed hotel. Great location, friendly and professional staff, modern amenities and awesome service. And the tours arranged by guest services were wonderful.
This hotel is incredible, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating, you'll feel like a VIP. We arrived at 4am and were graciously escorted to our room, which was gorgeous. The staff is so professional and made sure we were happy and comfortable. If you stay here, purchase the breakfast package and order from the menu, it's well worth it! If we return to Hanoi in the future, we will stay at Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel again.
Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The service was excellent! Thom (Miss Pinneaple) was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations. The room was very clean with a modern bathroom with spacious shower. I'm extremely picky about showers and this is one of the best hotel showers I've experienced: great water flow and pressure.
